The stay at Ibis Trujillo was quite pleasant. The location suited my needs perfectly, close to dining and attractions. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of delicious options. I really enjoyed the variety. The room was clean, modern, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. However, I ran into an issue during check-in. It was a bit confusing, especially for my friend who arrived early. Staff didn’t respond promptly to calls, which added to the hassle. Thankfully, the manager stepped in to help resolve the situation, which I appreciated. Just a smoother check-in process would make the experience even better.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom was well-stocked with body soap, shampoo, and towels. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options! I also loved that the hotel had a public bath to relax in after a long day.

Checked in on July 16th around 2pm, which took longer than expected due to some confusion with my passports. The location was decent, but the small rooms and awkward layout weren't ideal. The fridge was lukewarm, and the shower temperature varied too much, making for an uncomfortable stay overall.
